1What these Terms cover

These terms apply to use of the Ergobot website and the online platform.

If your organisation has signed an Order Form and a separate written agreement with us (a “Customer Agreement”), that Customer Agreement will apply instead of these Terms where the two conflict.

2Who may use the Platform

The Platform is intended for workplace use by business customers and their authorised users (employees/contractors). You must be at least 16 to use the Platform unless your employer has confirmed a lawful basis for younger users.

3Accounts and security

  • Keep login details secure and do not share accounts.
  • Your organisation controls who is authorised to access the Platform.
  • If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

4What Ergobot is

Ergobot is designed to support DSE compliance and ergonomic risk management. It helps your organisation fulfill its legal duty of care to provide a safe working environment. While the focus is on ergonomics, we recognise that users may share relevant health information or medical history of their own volition to assist in their assessment.

5User Responsibility

Important Notice

If you choose to disclose sensitive health information, you do so to enable your employer to provide better workplace support. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and relevant to your workstation needs. You must not misuse the Platform or upload unlawful content.

6Availability and support

We aim to keep the Platform available and provide support during UK business hours. We may perform maintenance and updates from time to time.

7Intellectual property

We own the Platform and our content, templates, and know‑how. Your organisation owns its own data and content.

8Liability

We provide the Platform with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for your organisation’s workplace decisions or indirect losses where the law allows.

If you are using the Platform under a signed Customer Agreement, that agreement will set out the detailed liability terms.

9Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If you are a business customer under a signed Customer Agreement, changes to contractual terms should be handled under that agreement.
