Why we built ErgoBot
After 15 years of conducting DSE assessments — thousands of them, across every sector from global consultancies to 10-person startups — we kept seeing the same problems.
Assessments lived in spreadsheets that nobody updated. Compliance was a tick-box exercise done once a year, if at all. High-risk cases fell through the cracks because there was no system to catch them.
